Yes — $0, no time limit, no credit card. The Free plan includes unlimited field workers, up to 500 customers, unlimited jobs, the mobile worker app, quotes and invoices, and Stripe payments through your own account. You only pay if you choose Pro or an add-on.
No catch — just honest limits. Free uses estimated travel times (live traffic-aware routing is a A$29/month add-on), and includes 2 GB of photo storage, 300 emails a month and 500 customers. Everything else — unlimited workers, unlimited jobs, and your own Stripe at 0% — is included.
Pro is A$79/month and unlocks unlimited customers, 25 GB database and 200 GB file storage, 10,000 emails a month, API access, webhooks, an audit log, data export, and priority support via in-app tickets.
You connect your own Stripe account through ProField (about 5 minutes). Customers click "Pay Now" on their invoice and the money lands in your bank — not ours. ProField charges 0% platform fee; you only pay Stripe's standard processing rates. Available on Free and Pro.
Every plan schedules around estimated travel times so you can spot an impossible day. The Live Routing add-on (A$29/month) upgrades this to real-time, traffic-aware routing using live drive times — ideal for busy, multi-worker dispatching.
Bring your own SMS provider (such as Twilio or MessageMedia) and connect it to ProField. SMS is free on both plans — you pay your provider directly for the messages you send, with no markup from us.
Yes. ProField runs on Microsoft Azure in Australia East (Sydney) — your data never leaves Australian borders. We use the same enterprise security platform that backs banks and government agencies here.

Yes, no lock-in. Cancel from Settings → Subscription and you simply drop back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — your customers, jobs and photos stay put.
