Delete your ProField account
You can ask us to delete your ProField account and the personal information we hold about you at any time.
What gets deleted
- Business owners: your login and your business account — customers, sites, jobs, quotes, invoices, photos, signatures, materials and your team’s access.
- Team members and field workers: your login and your personal details. Jobs you worked on stay in your employer’s business records.
What we keep
- Records we’re required to keep by law (for example billing and tax records), for as long as the law requires.
- A short note that the account was deleted, so we can show we acted on your request.
How long it takes
We delete your account and data within 30 days of your request, and email you when it’s done.
How to ask
- In the ProField app: Account → Delete my account (business owners) or My details → Delete my account (field workers).
- Here: sign in, then use the button below.
- By email: write to privacy@profield.com.au from the email address on your account.
